Mark Manoil wrote and in 2002 published "Arizona Property Tax Liens - Guide to Profit, Protection and Prosecution". He has worked with local and national property tax lien buyers, and county treasurers, for more than 30 years, getting his start as a law clerk in the mid-1980s. He is a member and former board member of the National Tax Lien Association, and former chair of the State Bar Real Property Section. He is AV® Preeminent rated, a Stanford graduate, and received his JD/MBA from ASU. He speaks frequently on the topic of current developments in Arizona property tax lien law, and assisted as a subject matter expert in the crafting and passage of SB1431.
