Mark Cardwell Principal, Forentech, LLC Mark Cardwell is the founder of Forentech, LLC, a company providing Forensic Electronic Discovery and Technology Expert Services to the legal and corporate communities. Forentech has conducted forensic investigations across many legal practice areas including Labor and Employment, Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property, Family Practice and Criminal Litigation. For over 20 years Mr. Cardwell has built or managed a succession of companies specializing in developing custom database software applications and internet technologies across a wide range of industries. Previously, he worked for the Internal Revenue Service, starting as an investigator and leaving the Service as a Financial Systems Manager. Mr. Cardwell is an experienced expert consultant and expert witness in computer forensics. Mr. Cardwell earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College Graduate School of Management in 1988, with a dual concentration in Strategic Management and Management Information Systems. He majored in economics and mathematics at the University of Oregon, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 1979.
