Mariam Ferguson is a partner at Mesch Clark Rothschild who practices in the firm’s criminal law and probate administration litigation sections. Mariam graduated in the top third of her class from the University of Arizona School of Law in 2013, where her interest in criminal law began while participating in a Criminal Prosecution Clinic. Mariam’s legal experienced includes clerking for two different Pima County Superior Court judges, prosecuting thousands of misdemeanor cases out of Pima County Consolidated Justice Court and Green Valley Justice Court for the Pima County Attorney’s Office, defending hundreds of indigent persons accused of serious felonies through the Pima County Public Defender’s Office, and as Founding and Managing Partner at the criminal law firm of Ferguson Hill Filous. She is committed to advocating for her clients and protecting their rights and interests. Mariam is also a member of the Tucson City Court Magistrate Merit Selection Commission and is President of the Pima County Bar Association.
