Maria Crimi-Speth

Maria chairs the intellectual property group at Jaburg Wilk.  She practices in the areas of intellectual property, internet law, and commercial litigation. She focuses her practice on assisting businesses in protecting their trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, information technology, and other intellectual property through preventative measures to avoid disputes and through litigation when disputes arise.  Maria is the author of Protect Your Writings: A Legal Guide for Authors.  Maria has represented clients in numerous published and precedent setting cases, including in the Arizona, Texas, Illinois, and Massachusetts District Courts, the Ninth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, the Seventh Circuit, and the Eleventh Circuit.
