Luci Danielle Davis

Luci D. Davis serves as Senior Litigation Counsel in the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Office of
the Solicitor General, working on litigation and appeals involving a range of constitutional and statutory
issues. Luci graduated summa cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona
State University and then clerked for the Honorable David G. Campbell of the U.S. District Court for the
District of Arizona and the Honorable Andrew D. Hurwitz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth
Circuit. Before joining the Solicitor General’s Office, Luci was an associate at Perkins Coie LLP, where
her practice included complex business and environmental disputes and earned her recognition in Best
Lawyers® Ones to Watch for Appellate Practice and Commercial Litigation.
