Lori Kirsch-Goodwin is a partner in the education law firm of Kirsch-Goodwin & Kirsch, PLLC, in Scottsdale, Arizona, founded in 2006. Lori prevailed in a case before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that involved appropriateness of a school’s selection of location of a school for a student on the spectrum. She is an AV® Preeminent rated attorney and is appointed to serve as Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court of Arizona.
