KENT P. VOLKMER of Wallace, Volkmer & Weagant PLLC in Casa Grande, Arizona, was born and raised in North Central Ohio. Kent attended a small private college in Canton, Ohio, where he played varsity basketball for four years. Following his graduation from Malone College, he attended the University of Akron where he obtained both a law degree with a certificate in Litigation and his M.B.A. Following the completion of his business degree, he relocated with his wife, Kristy, to Casa Grande. After passing the Arizona State Bar exam, Kent joined the law firm of Cooper & Rueter, LLP. Within four months of his admission to the State Bar of Arizona, Kent had already tried his first criminal and domestic relations trials. Benefitting from the opportunity to practice in a wide array of areas, Kent has established himself as a skilled litigator and advocate representing a diverse clientele. Currently, Kent continues to handle a variety of matters including Juvenile Law, both Delinquency and  Dependency, Family Law, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Probate, Wills, Estate Planning and Criminal Law. Partnering with Josh Wallace and Cody Weagant, Kent is a founding member in the Casa Grande law firm of Wallace, Volkmer & Weagant, PLLC. A firm created to meet the emerging needs of a growing population with a rich history and a bright future. In addition to his practice as an attorney, Kent is also the current Pinal County Bar President and a proud husband and father of two young boys.
