KENDRA ANN DIEGAN is the Litigation Coordinator at the LAW OFFICES OF Stone & Davis, P.C., a family law firm, where she specializes in firm and case management since 2004. Ms. Diegan also works for Scottsdale Mediation, LLC. Ms. Diegan started her legal career in 1989, working at the Arizona State University College of Law Library. She then interned at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office Victim Witness Division and worked part-time as a floating bailiff at the Maricopa County Superior Court. In 1992, Ms. Diegan became a full time bailiff, and then judicial assistant, to a Maricopa County Superior Court judge and handled civil, probate, criminal and associate presiding calendars. From 1997 to 2002, she was the Disciplinary Clerk for the State Bar of Arizona and the Supreme Court of Arizona where she was the custodian of the record for all charges/complaints filed against Arizona attorneys and was the administrator of the Disciplinary Clerk’s office. Ms. Diegan earned her Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in May 1993 and her Master in Business Administration in Health Care Management, magna cum laude, in January 2006, from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Diegan also spearheaded legislation that passed in 2010 requiring notification in family law matters regarding registered or convicted sex offenders and persons convicted of dangerous crimes against children and she wrote an article entitled “New Law Tightens Child-Protection Regulations, Requires Attorneys to Revise Parenting Plan Form” that appeared in the Maricopa Lawyer July 2010.
