practices at the State Bar of Arizona as Bar Counsel, Litigation, handling attorney discipline matters. Prior to joining the Bar, Kelly was a Supervising Attorney for the ASU Alumni Law Group, a teaching law firm created by the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. At the ASU Alumni Law Group, Kelly engaged in the practice and supervision of new attorneys in areas including: complex commercial litigation and class actions, labor and employment, general contract disputes, criminal defense, and appeals in civil, criminal, administrative, and family law. Kelly was also responsible for curriculum development, structured in-house training of new associates, and general law firm management. Before joining the ASU Alumni Law Group, Kelly was a Senior Staff Attorney at the ACLU of Arizona, and before that she was a Shareholder at Polsinelli, in the commercial litigation section. After law school, Kelly clerked on the Arizona Court of Appeals, for Judges Sarah Grant, Rudy Gerber, and Rebecca Berch. Kelly is a graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, where she teaches as an adjunct professor.
