Kathleen A Quigley

Honorable Kathleen Quigley graduated from University of Arizona Law School in 1986. Ms. Quigley joined the Pima County Attorney’s Office in 1987 where she worked as a prosecutor and trial attorney. Among other assignments she was selected to supervise the Felony Vehicular Offenses Unit at the Pima County Attorney’s Office. In September of 2003 she was appointed to the Pima County Juvenile Court Bench as a Hearing Officer/Judge Pro Tem and in April of 2009 she was appointed as a Pima County Juvenile Court Commissioner. Governor Brewer appointed Ms. Quigley to the Pima County Superior Court bench on October 25, 2012. On June 30, 2014, she was appointed as the Presiding Judge of Pima County Superior Court and served in that capacity until June 30, 2020. She has served as the Associate Presiding Judge at Juvenile Court since June 30, 2020. She has volunteered to serve on many community, professional, and court related committees since 1987. She is second term board member for the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges.
