Ms. Fox's transactional practice has encompassed all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including real estate development, sales, construction, finance and leasing; the creation of subdivisions and condominiums; business formation, contracts and dissolution; zoning; easements; deed restrictions; and HUD compliance. Former counsel to the Arizona Association of Realtors®, Ms. Fox continues to work closely with commercial and residential real estate brokerages and agents, and regularly conducts educational seminars for Arizona Realtors®, lawyers and escrow companies. Ms. Fox is a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property Section), the State Bar of Arizona (Real Property Section), and the Maricopa County Bar Association. She became a State Bar of Arizona Certified Real Estate Specialist in 2002. Ms. Fox received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Journalism from Arizona State University. She also attended ASU College of Law, where she was a Pedrick Scholar and graduated cum laude with honors in Legal Research and Writing.
