Kate Stillman

KATE STILLMAN, is the Director of ADR Services for the American Arbitration Association. She handles and oversees the administration of cases filed with the Association for a 10 state region that includes: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. Kate also assists the Vice President with market development of the AAA’s ADR services. She is responsible for promoting a favorable image for the Association and furthering the interests of the organization through external presentations with advocates and in-house counsel. Kate assists with the recruitment and training of arbitrators and mediators for the Association’s Panel of Neutrals. Prior to moving to Denver, Kate was a member of the Marberry Law Firm in Des Moines, Iowa. She had a general practice with a focus on family law. Kate is a non-attorney member of the Colorado Bar Association. She is also a member of the Iowa Bar Association. Kate received her J.D. from Drake Law School and a B.A. from the University of Iowa. Kate currently lives in Denver with her fiancé.
