Hon. Karl C Eppich
Arizona Court of Appeals - Division Two
was appointed to the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division Two, in 2017. Prior to his appointment he served as a Pinal County Superior Court judge and on the Mesa Municipal Court bench. He previously served as a staff attorney with the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One. Judge Eppich had been employed as a litigation associate with Mangum, Wall, Stoops and Warden in Flagstaff and as a Deputy Apache County Attorney in St. Johns. He began his legal career as a litigation associate with Lewis and Roca in Phoenix.
Judge Eppich is a graduate of Stanford Law School and completed his undergraduate education at the University of California at Irvine. He regularly serves as a faculty member for the Arizona Judicial College. Judge Eppich currently serves on the Arizona Supreme Court's Technology Committee, the Advisory Committee on the Rules of Evidence, the Arizona Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee and the Court Leadership Institute of Arizona. He is a member of the Board of Visitors of the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. Judge Eppich is a former deputy sheriff and U.S. Army veteran.
