is an attorney with the Phoenix office of Dunn DeSantis Walt & Kendrick, LLP. His areas of practice include labor and employment law, creditors’ rights, judgment enforcement, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy law. He serves a diverse client base including individuals, small and large businesses, and financial institutions. Prior to joining DDWK, Justin spent time in solo practice, and before starting his own practice, he was a member at The Cavanagh Law Firm. He has conducted numerous trainings and CLEs in various areas of law including judgment enforcement, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and labor and employment best practices. Justin is an Arizona native, received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in psychology from the University of San Diego, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.
