John Paul Parks

JOHN PAUL PARKS is the sole member of John Paul Parks pllc, 14362 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Suite 1000, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260-8847, telephone (480) 477-6626. He received the B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Stetson University, and the LL.M. (Tax) degree from the University of Miami. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, California, Florida, and the District of Columbia, and he concentrates his practice in the fields of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business law. Mr. Parks is a member of the State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct Committee and was the principal draftsman of the 1990 revision of the Florida Not-for-Profit Corporation Act. He has written several articles which have been published in national legal journals, and he is a frequent speaker at continuing education programs.
