He is a seasoned practitioner in trademarks, copyrights, licensing, domain names, technology acquisition and transfer, and related transactional matters. John counsels his clients in the acquisition, protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights and assets. John has experience in global brand management and protection, and provides a significant expertise in national and international trademark practice.

John is admitted in Arizona and Colorado and currently sits on the Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona Intellectual Property Section.
