Joe Acosta


JOE ACOSTA, JR. has been employed since 1979 by the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, primarily representing ADOT in eminent domain, construction claims, bid disputes, environmental matters, and motor vehicle issues. Joe obtained a B.S. in mathematical sciences in 1974 and a J.D. in 1978, both from Stanford University. Joe has appeared as counsel in over twenty reported cases in the Arizona appellate courts and the Ninth Circuit. Joe has practiced in 14 of the 15 Arizona counties.
