For over 15 years she has furnished counsel on numerous intricate high-dollar business and real estate projects, tax matters and commercial ventures in excess of $5 billion. This includes private property/asset owners, government, multilayered partnerships and government-related entities. Additionally, Bain is an AV® Preeminent Rated attorney, serves as a Governor appointee to the Arizona Medical Board, and was appointed as a Commissioner to the Pima County Planning & Zoning Commission in 2012. Bain was a Rising Star Super Lawyer under 40. She was recognized as a Woman of Influence in 2010 in Southern Arizona and is active in several community organizations including Tucson Medical Center (TMC) Foundation, Angel Charity, AZPM and others. Bain completed her B.A. at Brandeis University, J.D. at Washington University, LL.M. at Universidad Carlos III in Spain, and M.A. in International Economic Affairs at George Washington University. In 2010, she attended Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government for Executive Education. Bain is also an Arizona real estate broker and a CCIM candidate.
