Jessica P Tinoco

Jessica has focused her legal career in Plaintiff's civil litigation. She is a well-recognized and accomplished trial lawyer who has litigated high profile and complex cases including wrongful death, truck accidents, and burn injuries. Jessica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies Magna Cum Laude and a Certificate in International Relations from Arizona State University. Jessica graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2012. Jessica serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court. She is bilingual in Spanish. Jessica focused her career while at Cruz & Associates for seven years to litigating auto accidents, work injuries, and all other personal injury claims. Jessica continued her litigation practice with Kelly Law Team in 2023 to litigate complex matters both in state and federal court. Jessica left Kelly Law Team to start her own practice Tinoco Law PLLC and has continued to represent Plaintiff’s in civil litigation matters. Jessica is now continuing her legal work into becoming a mediator with extensive knowledge in Plaintiff’s perspective and trial work. Jessica is well known for being the pitbull with lipstick and continues to fight for injured Plaintiff’s to receive all the compensation they deserve.
