Jennifer Lynn Kupiszewski

Jennifer worked as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) in juvenile court cases. She was co-counsel on the class action lawsuit against the State of Arizona, Jason K. v. Eden at the Arizona Center for Disability Law, representing families in obtaining mental health services and she oversaw the Traumatic Brain Injury Program. At the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary Jennifer handled adult guardianship and conservatorships matters. In private practice since 1997 Jennifer is a Managing Partner with Kile & Kupiszewski Law Firm practicing in areas of juvenile, elder, estate and probate law. Her practice focuses on cases involving adults and children with special health care needs and non-traditional families. She is in practice with her law partner, Emily Kile in Scottsdale. Her husband Steve Kupiszewski is Of-Counsel at the firm.
Jennifer is on the Board of Raising Special Kids, she is the Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Arizona State Bar, on the PAIMI Advisory Council for the Az. Center for Disability Law and on the Board of Directors for the Az. Chapter of NAELA.
