Jennifer Ingalls
Jennifer Ingalls received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Arizona State University in 1996 and her Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University in 1998. She started her career working in a Therapeutic Group Home providing direct care services for dually diagnosed children that included a revision of the company’s behavioral health treatment milieu. After receiving her master’s degree, she worked for Child Protective Services from 1998-2008, where she did both on-going and investigative case management. In 2008, Ms. Ingalls started working at Childhelp Children’s Center where she is a dedicated forensic interviewer. In 2019, she became the forensic interviewer supervisor at Childhelp. She has conducted more than 4,500 interviews of children and adults who have been victims or witnesses of crimes. In addition to conducting interviews on children and adults, Ms. Ingalls also provides expert testimony on characteristics related to child sexual abuse, the process of victimization, and forensic interviewing, etc. and she participates in training law enforcement officers and child welfare investigators.
