Jean Kamm Gage is Managing Attorney with CopperPoint Insurance Co. (formerly SCF Arizona), a position she has held since May 1, 2004.  Previously, she was a partner with the law firm of Moeller, Gage and Treadwell-Rubin in Tucson, Arizona, exclusively representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters for 17 years.  She has been practicing in Tucson since graduating with distinction from the University of Arizona, College of Law in l985.  Her undergraduate degree is from the University  of Arizona, Business Administration, 1982.  
 
Ms. Gage is a Certified Specialist in Worker’s Compensation by the Arizona State Bar since 1990.  She is Co-author of the Arizona Worker’s Compensation Handbook, State Bar of Arizona (1992).  She is included in the 1996-1997, l998-1999, 2000-2001, 2002-2003 editions of The Best Lawyers in America, published by Woodward/White, Inc., and the Southwest Super Lawyers published by Law & Politics in 2008.   She was included in Arizona’s Finest Lawyers rating in 2010.  She was awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell in 2004.  Ms. Gage has served on various non-profit boards, and is currently board member and Treasurer for Kids Chance of Arizona.
