is a partner in the firm of Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek, PLC, where he practices in the areas of real estate lending and leasing, workouts, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. He represents debtors, creditors’ committees, trustees, asset-based lenders, contractors, landlords, trade/service suppliers, other secured and unsecured creditors, and asset purchasers in all facets of cases under Chapters 7 and 11. Henk also represents secured and unsecured creditors in state and federal court enforcement proceedings including replevins and receiverships. Prior to joining Warner Angle, Henk was a partner in the Phoenix office of Lewis and Roca, LLP. He received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, magna cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Florida, with high honors. Following law school, Henk served as a law clerk to the Hon. Lacey Collier of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the Hon. Susan Black of United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has been listed in Southwest SuperLawyers in the areas of Bankruptcy/Reorganization and Bankruptcy/Litigation since 2016. Henk is a member of the Construction and Bankruptcy Sections of the Arizona Bar, as well as being a master in the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
