Tucson Municipal Court

Honorable Jeffrey Klotz has served as a Magistrate in Tucson City Court since 2003. Since taking the bench, he has presided over thousands of DUI cases including hundreds of Jury Trials. He is a frequent presenter at judicial conferences and seminars. Before becoming Magistrate, Judge Klotz was a Tucson Public Defender and in private practice.
