Arizona Court of Appeals - Division One

has served on Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals since 2023. From 2010 to 2023, Judge Kiley served on the Maricopa County Superior Court, handling cases in the Family, Criminal, Civil and Lower Court Appeals (LCA) Departments. He served for two years as Associate Civil Presiding Judge and, later, two years as Presiding LCA Judge. Prior to his appointment to the superior court in 2010, Judge Kiley was a commercial litigator in private practice for thirteen years and, before that, an assistant attorney general with the Arizona Attorney General’s office handling criminal cases at the trial and appellate levels.
