Heather Baker-Mushkatel

Heather Baker-Mushkatel holds a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Since 2006, she has built a distinguished legal career in Arizona. As a partner at Mushkatel, Gobbato & Kile, PLLC, Heather specializes in family law and criminal defense and supports her colleagues in probate and guardianship matters. Prior to her current position, Heather served as a Deputy Public Defender at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office. Her career is characterized by a rigorous commitment to courtroom litigation, including handling criminal jury trials, family bench trials, and various evidentiary hearings. Heather is also actively engaged in the legal community through her volunteer work and leadership roles. She has contributed significantly to the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Associations and currently serves on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona.
