Gregory P. Gillis is an attorney, mediator and arbitrator with over 35 years of experience in construction and commercial litigation. He has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers in both residential and commercial construction projects, including disputes relating to construction contract terms and conditions, construction defects, delay, termination, warranty, payment disputes, mechanic's liens, prompt pay disputes and surety and license bond claims. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association's Construction, Large Complex Case, Commercial, and Consumer Panel of Neutrals.
