Gregory P. Gillis is an attorney, mediator and arbitrator with over 35 years of experience in construction and commercial litigation. He has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers in both residential and commercial construction projects, including disputes relating to construction contract terms and conditions, construction defects, delay, termination, warranty, payment disputes, mechanic's liens, prompt pay disputes and surety and license bond claims. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association's Construction, Large Complex Case, Commercial, and Consumer Panel of Neutrals. He is peer reviewed AV Pre-Eminent by Martindale-Hubbell since 2010, a Best Lawyers in America in areas of construction and commercial litigation since 2012 and in Arbitration since 2022; and a Southwest Super Lawyers in construction law since 2014. He is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, Arizona Chapter, and former Chair of the ADR Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
