is a partner at Osborn Maledon, where is the co-chair of the intellectual property practice and appellate practice. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and civil appeals. Eric is a past Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section and the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Arizona. He is a registered patent attorney and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. He coauthors a monthly column in Arizona Attorney magazine. Eric received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and his B.A. in Physics from Pomona College. Before joining private practice, Eric clerked for Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
