In her 40-year career, Eileen has handled more than 500 appeals in the state and federal courts, resulting in over 80 published decisions. Substantive areas of her appeals include constitutional, contracts, torts, insurance coverage and defense, employment, municipal and school defense, civil rights, professional malpractice, legislative, administrative, personal injury and wrongful death, family law, property rights, and trusts.
