Dr David Weinstock

Dr. Weinstock received his Ph.D. from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He is a licensed psychologist in Arizona and a licensed, retired attorney in New York and Massachusetts.For more than two decades, Dr. Weinstock conducted family law evaluations, both in private practice and through the Pima County Conciliation Court. He has also provided psychological treatment to adolescents, including work with gifted populations. Dr. Weinstock has extensive experience within the criminal justice system, including training at the Arizona State Hospital, and has conducted competency evaluations, risk assessments, and sexual offender and sex addiction evaluations and treatment. Previously, Dr. Weinstock participated on the Maricopa County Superior Court Behavioral Health Committee and served as a part-time faculty member in the Graduate Psychology Department at Northern Arizona University (NAU). His professional leadership roles have included board membership with the Arizona Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AzAFCC) and the Arizona Psychological Foundation (AzPF), membership on the Arizona Domestic Relations Committee, and involvement with the Arizona Psychological Association (AzPA). He is a former co-chair of the AzPA Forensic Committee and served as Communications Representative for the association.
Currently, Dr. Weinstock primarily serves as a consultant to attorneys throughout Arizona and works as a coach for litigants involved in family court matters. He is a board member of notMYkid and serves as an advisory member for Child Health & Resiliency Mastery (CHARM) and Defenders of Children. Dr. Weinstock is also an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Creighton University School of Medicine.
