Mr. Behm has been both a prosecutor and defense attorney. From 1974 – 1977, he was an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn, New. From 1977- 1987 he was an attorney with the United States Department of Justice Organized Crime and Racketeering section in New York City, where he prosecuted highly complex labor racketeering and organized crime cases. Since entering private practice in 1987, he has been involved in such matters as the Resolution Trust Corporation’s civil RICO suit against Western Savings and the defense of the late John Yeoman, former lead tax partner at Coopers & Lybrand and former Governor Symington’s accountant. Mr. Behm now engages in criminal and civil litigation with Jennings, Strouss & Salmon in Phoenix.
