Dori Bernstein is an appellate attorney in the Office of General Counsel of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C. Ms. Bernstein’s has extensive experience litigating a wide variety of employment law cases, including those involved the ADEA and age discrimination. Earlier in her career, she served as an attorney in Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. She formerly served as a judicial clerk to Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and to Judge Leo Parskey of the Supreme Court of Connecticut. Ms. Bernstein received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Wesleyan University, her J.D. from New York University Law School, and her LL.M. in Appellate Advocacy from Georgetown University Law Center.
