Donald W. Fitzgerald is a partner in the Sacramento, California office of Felderstein, Fitzgerald, Willoughby & Pascuzzi, LLP. Mr. Fitzgerald has more than 20 years experience in providing legal representation in all phases and types of Chapter 11 proceedings and business restructures and work-outs. His representation includes lenders, lessors, debtors, trustees, creditors’ committees, and purchasers of assets in business reorganizations and wind downs. He is experienced in representing lenders in bankruptcy courts on such matters as cash collateral, post petition financing, relief from stay, lien avoidance, and contested confirmation hearings. He is a member of the American College of Bankruptcy and formerly served as president of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section. Mr. Fitzgerald received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis and his J.D. from the University of Arizona.
