DONALD H. BAYLES, JR., a partner in Aspey, Watkins & Diesel in Flagstaff, is admitted to all state and federal courts of Arizona as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the bars for the Navajo, Hopi, and White Mountain Apache Tribes. He has served as co-chair of "Winning the Motor Vehicle Accident Case" for the State Bar of Arizona for many years. Mr. Bayles has lectured on trial techniques and advocacy throughout Arizona. He has been a faculty member of the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy for the Arizona State Bar. He is a past chair of the Committee on Character and Fitness of the Supreme Court of Arizona. His practice focuses on insurance defense, commercial litigation and wrongful death. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College and his J.D. from Arizona State University.
