Dev is a partner with Schmidt, Sethi & Akmajian. He represents plaintiffs in a wide variety of complex injury and wrongful death cases throughout Arizona. Dev is the past President of Ben's Bells, an organization focused on the power of intentional kindness; the Arizona Minority Bar Association; Children's Museum Tucson; and the University of Arizona Law College Association Foundation. For several years he served as Chair of the State Bar Trial Practice Section and currently serves as on the Advisory Board of Angel Charity for Children. He is member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a Fellow in the International Society of Barristers, and listed in Best Lawyers in America.
