Dev Sethi is a partner with Schmidt, Sethi & Akmajian in Tucson. He represents plaintiffs in a wide variety of complex injury and wrongful death cases. Dev is the past President of Ben’s Bells, an organization focused on the power of intentional kindness. He is past President of the Arizona Minority Bar Association, Children’s Museum Tucson, and the University of Arizona Law College Association Foundation. He is a past Chair of the State Bar Trial Practice Section and member of the Committee on Women and Minorities in the Law. Currently, Dev serves as on the Advisory Board of Angel Charity for Children and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He also sits on the University of Arizona Foundation’s Board of Directors as well as Salpointe Catholic High School’s Board of Directors. He is an A-V rated attorney, member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the International Society of Barristers. In 2023, 2024, and 2025, Best Lawyer’s, which has recognized Dev for 15 years, selected him as Lawyer of the Year in his areas of practice. He is a rabid Arizona Wildcats’ fan. Bear Down.
