Honorable Derek Koltunovich is a Pima County Superior Court Commissioner and is currently serving on the Family Law bench. He was an attorney for 15 years and was a team leader with the Pima County Public Defender’s Office working with the family defense team, representing parents in child welfare cases, and with the juvenile defender team, representing youth who have been accused of crimes. Derek also previously represented children with the Office of Children’s Counsel and served on the board of Edge High School. When he is not working he spends time traveling with his wife and daughter, attending U of A basketball games, and exploring new foods.
