Denise Ann Faulk

has been practicing in bankruptcy court for thirty years. She is an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Arizona. Previously, she was an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona Attorney General's Office. Before that, she worked in private practice, primarily representing debtors. She is here in her personal capacity, and she is not speaking on behalf of the United States Attorney's Office, the Department of Justice, the Attorney General or the President.
