David Hameroff graduated from the University of Arizona in 1976 with a degree in Public

Management, and from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1980. After law school, he worked as the General Counsel for Service Industries of America, Inc. In April of 1984, he joined Alpert, Fein and Hameroff, which later became Fein and Hameroff.

 

Over the past 17 years David founded two of his own law firms. The Hameroff Law Firm, P.C., concentrates in hospital liens and personal injury law, and Hameroff Law Group, P.C. concentrates in creditor’s rights and collections. His firms represent hospitals, collection agencies, debt buyers, car dealerships, and other retail merchants. Hameroff Law Group, P.C. represents creditors across the western United States, including Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.

 

David is a founding member and the current Treasurer of the Arizona Creditors Bar Association. Since 2008 David has served as a Guest Lecturer for the Arizona Judicial Department’s New Judge Orientation Program, where he co-teaches in the areas of Creditor Remedies, Credit Card Law and Civil Procedure.

 

David is a sustaining member of the Arizona Association for Justice (formally AzTLA), and is active in AzHFMA and the National Creditors Bar Association (NARCA). He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and is certified by DBA International. (2/2017)
