David John Francis Gross
David J.F. Gross is a seasoned trial lawyer and Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. As Partner and Scottsdale Office Leader at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, he has led defense teams to complete jury verdicts in high-stakes IP and commercial cases, including a $100M+ trade secret trial (Orange County, 2024), a $200M+ trademark trial (Los Angeles, 2023), and a $1B+ patent trial (Pittsburgh, 2022).
David heads the firm's Scottsdale Design Lab and is a national speaker on the use of AI in complex litigation. David clerked for Judge Levin H. Campbell on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and is admitted in California, Minnesota, and Arizona.
