Dani Chronister is a Partner with Broening Oberg Woods & Wilson. She moved to the Valley from her home state of Missouri to attend law school at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. She joined Broening, Oberg, Woods & Wilson, PC as a law clerk in 2017 and was invited to become a partner in 2023. She maintains a diverse civil defense practice which includes general liability, correctional healthcare and professional liability. She dedicates the majority of her practice to Bar disciplinary matters and defending lawyers in legal malpractice actions. She has defended arbitrations, taken and defended numerous depositions, participated in dozens of administrative hearings and settlement conferences, and defended multiple trials before the presiding disciplinary judge and disciplinary hearing panel. Before practicing law, Dani studied journalism at the University of Missouri.
