Alex Winkelman has represented clients in courts throughout Arizona, handling a wide variety of complex, high-stakes matters across diverse practice areas.

He has appeared before the Arizona Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Arizona Courts of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and has filed petitions for certiorari with the United States Supreme Court.

Before founding Winkelman Law, Alex was an equity partner at a well-respected Tucson law firm, where he practiced for nearly eight years. He began his legal career as a law clerk for Judge Joseph Howard of the Arizona Court of Appeals.
