D. Burr Udall For over 65 years, Burr has represented insurance companies and their insureds in all aspects of insurance litigation, including first party, third party and bad faith litigation. Mr. Udall is frequently called upon to serve as an arbitrator, mediator, and special master, and has testified as an expert in insurance law.
