also goes by CC, is an Associate in Dorsey & Whitney’s Phoenix office, where she focuses on bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial litigation. She represents clients ranging from unsecured creditors’ committees and commercial debtors to trustees and receivers in complex matters involving bankruptcies, wind-downs, asset sales, claim objections, and adversary proceedings. She was raised in the Marshall Islands and went on to earn her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
