Honorable Christopher Browning graduated from the University of Arizona, College of Law, in 1981.  After graduation, he joined the firm of Slutes, Browning, Zlaket and Sakrison.  In 1984, he became a shareholder in that firm.  In 1996, Judge Browning joined the firm of Chandler, Tullar, Udall & Redhair, L.L.P., as a partner.  In September, 1998, Judge Browning was appointed to the Pima County Superior Court Bench by Governor Jane D. Hull.  He served as Presiding Judge of the Civil Bench from 2001-2003.  Judge Browning sat on the Criminal Bench from 2003-2006.  He was then assigned to the Family Law Bench from 2006-2009.  He returned to the Criminal Bench in 2009, where he served until 2016.  In 2016, Judge Browning was reassigned to the Family Law Bench.
