Brooke Bedrick has longstanding interests in community responses to mental health issues, substance abuse, and homelessness. She graduated summa cum laude from the James E. Rogers College of Law in 2017, where she also received a Certificate in Indigenous Peoples Law & Policy.  As a law student, Brooke worked in the Civil Rights Section of the AG's office and at the Arizona Center for Disability Law.  Brooke also had a chance to study law as a Ph.D. candidate in jurisprudence and social policy at UC Berkeley where, among other things, she co-authored a chapter for a book about drug courts.  Brooke also has an M.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Harvard.Prior to starting Bedrick Law & Policy PLLC in May 2020, Brooke worked in the Attorney General's office representing DCS.  She is a regular volunteer with the HOME Clinic at Step Up To Justice.
