BRIAN WEEKLEY is currently a Partner and Attorney at Snow, Carpio & Weekley, PLLC where he practices Workers' Compensation Law. For 30 years, he has practiced law before the Industrial Commission of Arizona. Since 1990, he has represented applicants before the ICA. He began his career as an Attorney in the ICA Legal Division. In 2000, Brian became, and remains a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law by the State Bar of Arizona. In addition to representing clients in the Phoenix area, Brian has represented hundreds of applicants in Mohave County, Flagstaff and other parts of Northern Arizona. Brian lived and practiced in Bullhead City, Arizona for 8 years and got to know the people of Mohave County well. Brian's firm currently has an office in Lake Havasu City from which he continues to serve the Mohave County area in representing injured workers. Brian has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and similar organizations. Because of his experience and reputation in the legal industry, he has spoken on numerous occasions at seminars and events on multiple topics related to Workers' Compensation and the best practices in representing injured workers. Brian would like to think that his blue collar roots make him a good fit in representing truck drivers, plumbers, painters, waitresses, nurses and other working class people. Brian has an English Literature degree from CSU-Fullerton and Law Degree from California Western School of Law. He is a lifelong avid reader (hence the Lit degree) and loves travel, cars, basketball, his family and his law group. Being a Partner at Snow, Carpio & Weekley is a dream come true for Brian and has given him the ability to reach injured workers all over the State of Arizona, to ensure the best legal representation possible.
