Bradley F Perry
Bradley Perry started his career as a deputy county attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. In that role he prosecuted a broad spectrum of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to complex international drug trafficking rings. In 2023, Bradley returned to public service as a deputy county attorney in the appellate bureau, focusing primarily on post-conviction relief and special action litigation. Beyond his role as a prosecutor, Bradley served as both staff bar counsel and lawyer assistance programs director at the State Bar of Arizona. As bar counsel he investigated allegations of lawyer misconduct and engaged in both trial and appellate litigation on behalf of the State Bar. In his role as a director, Bradley created and taught numerous ethics, law office management, professionalism, and trust account CLE courses, gave practical, ethics-focused advice to hundreds of attorneys via the Practice 2.0 helpline, and wrote a monthly column for the Arizona Attorney Magazine.
