       Barbara K. Berrett practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, focusing on boating litigation, asbestos, and construction defect matters, mostly on behalf of defendants. Her court admissions include U.S. District Court, Districts of Arizona and Utah, including the Tenth and Ninth Circuit and the state courts of Arizona and Utah. She received her graduate degree from Weber State University and her law degree from the University of Utah. She opened a firm in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1996, and opened a second office in Phoenix, Arizona in 2001.
