ANGELA K. HALLIER is the founding partner of Hallier Stearns PLC and has been practicing family law for 34 years. She is a certified Family Law Specialist, fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and serves on the Family Law Advisory Commission for the State Bar of Arizona. She serves as a mediator and has been engaged on multiple occasions to serve as an expert witness. She is the author of “A Wiser Divorce – Positive Strategies for Your Next Best Life,” a client tutorial for implementing realistic strategies in their divorce to achieve positive outcomes for their future. She has appeared on local and national television and radio, including Sirius, CNN, Fox News, and the Dr. Drew Show. Ms. Hallier is admitted to practice in Arizona, before the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
