ANGELA K. HALLIER is the founding partner of Hallier Stearns PLC and has been practicing family law for over 30 years. She is a certified Family Law Specialist and fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She serves on the Family Law Advisory Commission for the State Bar of Arizona and is a judge pro tempore of the Maricopa County Superior Court. She serves as a mediator and has been engaged on multiple occasions to serve as an expert witness. She is the author of “A Wiser Divorce – Positive Strategies for Your Next Best Life,” a tutorial for implementing realistic strategies in your divorce to achieve positive outcomes for your future. She has appeared on local and national television and radio, including Sirius, CNN, Fox News, and the Dr. Drew Show. Ms. Hallier is admitted to practice in Arizona, before the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
