Ahron Cohen represents clients in a broad range of business matters. He represents private and public entities in mergers and acquisitions, antitrust matters, internal investigations, securities offerings, recapitalizations, corporate governance and other corporate services.
Ahron has experience in a variety of industries, including sports & entertainment, hospitality/food & beverage service, finance, technology and health care. Ahron also has significant experience in political law, where he has represented political campaigns, interest groups, state legislators and the State of Arizona in various capacities, such as compliance, litigation, and legislative and administrative proceedings.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Ahron spent time in law school and, following law school, with the Minnesota Vikings’ legal department, where he gained exposure to all legal issues facing the team. Ahron uses his inhouse transactional experience with the Vikings, along with his transactional and litigation experience in private practice to provide clients with pragmatic and well-rounded legal advice to further their business objectives.
